This a basic outline of tasks done regularly to keep the area in good shape.

  • Organize and inventory the supplies - Quarterly - Things get misplaced and used up. Every once and a while we need to go through and tidy things up and put them back in our labelled spaces. This is also when we remove broken things and take stock of supplies we need.
  • Clean the white board - Weekly
  • Clean down the surfaces - Weekly - Use all purpose cleaner and paper towels
  • Vacuum the carpet - Weekly - The room needs a good vacuum. Be sure to empty the vac before and after.
  • Update member storage - Monthly -see this page for instructions
  • Cull Fabric Bins - Monthly - Make sure bins are not over stuffed - Get rid of the cheap, tiny stuff.
