Submitting a report for every expense can get overwhelming; if you follow the process below (steps 1-6), you will be able to track your expenses over the course of a month and then submit an expense report (steps 7-8) at the end of the month.

Process

Sometimes, you have to spend money to do your duty. Here's how to do it right:

  1. Buy the thing
  2. Save the receipt
  3. Log in to [Zoho_Expense
  4. Add an expense (the "+" sign next to the "Expenses" item in the main menu
  5. Select or create an expense report from the dropdown on the "Add expense" page
  6. Save
  7. When you are ready to submit your expense report, click on "Reports" in the main menu to view all reports
  8. Select the check box next to the report you want to submit and click the "Submit" button that appears
