Process
We're going to use a Condorcet voting process. Everyone gets to rank the available candidates from 1 to 10 (or however many there are), then some complicated algorithm determines the result that everyone hates least (aka most fair). The voting process takes place between June 7 and June 14, with voting taking place on the June 14th meeting. Candidates can announce their candidacy any time on or after June 7th. Don't nominate yourself. No robots.
To be eligible to vote, you must be an initial member of Ace Monster Toys; initial members are those who have paid dues for June. Dues for June are any amount you can afford (we suggest $80 or $100 but the amount is not set yet) paid to our PayPal account (treasurer@acemonstertoys.org) or to Shannon or Rachel in person. Dues must be paid by 7:30 PM on June 14 (the start of the meeting).

We need 5 directors, but there is no limit to the number of people who can be nominated. Note that "director" == "board member".

- Platform: Use my fake doctorate in invisibility from Ninja University to keep the board as invisible as possible to productive monsters. Attempt to limit the board's involvement to as few decisions as possible, but make them good ones.

- Platform: I promise to rule with an iron fist, and to crush my enemies like so many ants before my wrath.

Results
At the June_14,_2010 meeting, the Board was elected: Al, Christian, Shannon, Mike, Dr. Jesus. A discussion on finding officers ensued, and Neha stepped up to be Secretary. Paparazzi documented the occasion.
